Využití nástrojů projektového managementu při řízení IT projektů

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá využitím nástrojov projektového managementu pri implementácii systému MaintPlan v spoločnosti SISME Slovakia s.r.o. Je rozdelená do troch častí. V prvej časti sú spracované teoretické poznatky z oblasti projektového riadenia, ktoré tvoria základ pre návrhovú časť. Druhá časť analyzuje súčasný stav údržby a identifikuje problematické oblasti vo firme. Tretia časť je zameraná na konkrétny návrh projektu, v ktorom sú aplikované vybrané metódy a nástroje projektového managementu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of project management tools in the implementation of the MaintPlan system at SISME Slovakia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part presents a theoretical framework of project management principles, serving as a foundation for the design part of the thesis. The second part examines the current state of maintenance operations and identifies problematic areas within the company. The third part presents a specific project proposal using selected project management methods and tools.
