Abstract

Filosofie návrhu vychází z té skutečnosti, že daná parcela je v současnosti nárožní prolukou. V takovém případě bylo logické vzniklou proluku zaplnit a dotvořit tak stávající uliční parter. Další skutečností, která ovlivnila návrh, byla absence náměstí v okolí lokality. Vznikl tak komplex pěti samostatných obytných budov na společném zvýšeném přízemním parteru, který vytváří pobytové plochy na střeše a snižuje tím výslednou výšku bytových domů. Členění hmoty bylo lehce ovlivněno tvarem cimbuří – vzniklé prostory mezi budovami dávají možnost průhledů, člení hmotu do menších celků a umožňují pronikání slunečního světla na protější fasádu stávající zástavby. Propojení podnože s obytnou budovou v patře je podpořeno materiálovým odlišením fasády, vytváří výraznou linii obíhající hranici parcely a zdůrazňující celistvost komplexu.Project is based on the fact that the parcel is currently vacant lot corner.
