Polyfunkční dům v Líšni

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v Líšni. Pozemek se nachází u ulice Novolíšeňská v brněnské městské části Brno-Líšeň. V návrhu využíváme přístup ze severu z ulice Josefy Faimonové přes pozemek města. Požadavkem investora jsou polyfunkční kanceláře a případně další funkce, které v okolí chybí. Součástí návrhu má být také zajištění dostatečného počtu parkovacích míst pro objekt. Byty v polyfunkčním domě nejsou požadovány. Pozemek se nachází pod úrovní komunikace a v současné době je využíván jako hřiště. Návrh budovy se snaží maximálně využít parcelu i přes velký sklon terénu, severní strana 1. PP je na rozdíl od ostatních světových stran zapuštěná do terénu. Terasy maximálně využívají možných výhledů jižním směrem. Hlavními použitými materiály na fasádě jsou beton, sklo a cihlový obklad.The topic of this bachelor thesis is a design of a multifunctional building in Brno-Lisen. The construction site is located near Novolisenska street. In the project the access to the plot is from a Josefa Faimonova street through a city ground. Requirements are multifunctional offices and possibly other functions that are missing in the area and also to provide a sufficient number of parking places for the building. Apartments in the multifunctional building are not required. The site is under the level of the acces street and is currently used as a playground. The design of the building is trying to make the most of the plot despite the steep slope. The northern side of the first underground floor, unlike the other sides, is recessed into the terrain. Terraces make the most of southern view. The main materials used on the facade are concrete, glass and bricks.
