Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení a návrhu změny informačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. V úvodní části jsou představeny teoretické základy týkající se informačních systémů a metod jejich analýzy. Následuje analytická část, která se zaměřuje na zhodnocení současného stavu systému a procesů napříč jednotlivými organizačními jednotkami. Na základě identifikovaných nedostatků jsou navržena konkrétní opatření, jejichž cílem je sjednocení systémového prostředí a zajištění lepší informační podpory firemních procesů. V závěrečné části práce je zpracováno ekonomické zhodnocení navržených změn a časová analýza implementace.This thesis focuses on the evaluation and redesign of the information system in a selected company. The initial part introduces the theoretical foundations related to information systems and the methods used for their analysis. The analytical section evaluates the current state of the system and internal processes across various departments. Based on the identified shortcomings, specific improvements are proposed with the aim of unifying the system environment and providing better informational support for business processes. The final part of the thesis includes an economic evaluation of the proposed changes and a time analysis of the implementation.
