Technologická etapa vrchní hrubé stavby bytového domu "Na Rozálce" Žamberk

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je řešení technologické etapy vrchní hrubé stavby bytového domu. Byly vypracovány technologické předpisy pro provedení svislých konstrukcí ze zdicího systému Porotherm a pro montáž polomontované stropní konstrukce. Jakost a kvalita těchto procesů je řešena v kontrolních a zkušebních plánech. Pro danou technologickou etapu byl dále vypracován rozpočet a časový plán a optimálně navržena strojní sestava. Součástí práce je také řešení organizace výstavby a posouzení širších dopravních vztahů.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the implemantation of the shell superstructure of an apartment building. Technological projects for vertical structures from Porotherm system and for half-prefabricated clay-concrete floor structures have been designed. The inspection and test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and a review of broader transport relations.
