Návrh rozvoje podniku působícího v oblasti jazykového vzdělání

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rozvoje malého podniku, kde hlavním předmětem podnikání jsou služby v oblasti jazykového vzdělávání určených jak pro jednotlivce, tak i firmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena zejména na popis analytických metod zkoumání vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, ale také možných cest pro potencionální strategický rozvoj (růst) malých podniků, které jsou pak následně použity ve druhé, praktické části této práce společně s využitím metod primárního výzkumu. Výsledkem tak bude návrh různých směrů pro potencionální oblasti rozvoje zkoumané společnosti pro zlepšení reputace a prosperity podniku.This bachelor thesis deals with the development of small business where the main focus of the business are services in the field of language education designed for both individuals and companies. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for the examination of the internal and external environment of the company, but also the possible paths for potential strategic development (growth) of small businesses, which are subsequently used in the second part of this work together using the methods of primary research. The result will be different draft guidelines for potential development company investigated to improve the reputation and prosperity of the company.
