Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem alternativního způsobu bydlení, založeného na principu co-living. Jedná se o speciální způsob spolubydlení s určitou mírou sdílení předem určených prostor. Téma se zabývá také krizí bydlení a řeší novodobý životní styl mladých lidí. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt ze zimního semestru 2024, který se zabýval bližší historií a vývojem participativního bydlení. V projektu byly řešeny také druhy spolubydlení a byla zde detailně analyzována parcela na Trnité.

The thesis deals with the proposal of an alternative way of living, based on the principle of co-living. This is a special way of living together with a certain degree of sharing of predetermined spaces. The topic also deals with the housing crisis and addresses the modern lifestyle of young people. The thesis follows on from the undergraduate project from the winter semester 2024, which dealt with the history and development of participatory living. The project also addressed types of co- -living and a plot on Trnítá was analyzed in detail.
