dc.description.abstractThe topic is a quantitative analysis of the subjective perception of a town house and its visual factor. Its direct influence on the environment, affecting the locality and passers-by was observed. The focus is on the evaluation of the exterior and a correlation with its function and the suitability of the investment. The respondent group is composed of professionals and laymen. The correlation between the visual factor of a Town house, the attractiveness of areas and the house was unveiled.en
