| dc.description.abstract | Dům služeb Kotovo, postavené na přelomu 70. a 80. let minulého století, se nachází jižně od centra města Vsetín, ve čtvrti Rokytnice. Stavba je na začátku sídliště, v těsné blízkosti panelových domů. Dvoupodlažní objekt, do tvaru U, tvoří tři samostatné bloky, tj. část A, B a C. Kotovo je dnes využívané k provozování služeb a obchodu, jako je prodej potravin, ordinace zubařů, pošta či dětská knihovna. Město Vsetín si chátrající stav uvědomuje a obnovu domu plánuje. První fáze diplomové práce bude analyzovat specifika tohoto místa, vyřešit napojení objektu na jeho okolí, definovat jeho možné funkční využití, a především najít smysluplnou vizi pro budoucí obnovu. Cílem diplomové práce pak bude navázat na potenciál návrhu území, vypracovat architektonický koncept pro celý objekt a následně navrhnout jednu z budov. Práce by měla sloužit jako vize a podklad pro budoucí obnovu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The service building Kotovo, built between 1970s and 1980s of the previous century, is situated to the south from the city center of Vsetin, in the city part Rokytnice. The building stands at the beginning of the housing estate tight-close to tower blocks. Two floored object in a U form consists of three standalone blocks, that is A, B and C part. Nowadays, Kotovo is used for a variety of services and markets, such as grocery shops, dentist office, post office or children’s library. The city of Vsetin is fully aware of the state of Kotovo and plans to reconstruct the building. First part of the diploma thesis analyses specifics of this space, deals with connecting the object to its surroundings, defines its possible functioning utilization, and above all it finds meaningful vision for the future reconstructions. The goal of the diploma thesis is to tie in to the areas draft potential, make and architectural concept for the whole area and then design one of the buildings. The thesis should work as a vision and the foundation document for the future reconstruction. | en |
