Konceptom je citlivé zasadenie domov do okolitej štruktúry zástavby a terénu. Domy sú umiestené v spodnej rovinatej časti parcely. Je to nenápadná a jednoduchá architektúra. bytové domy majú 3 podlažia. Každý byt má vstup z obytnej miestnosti priamo do vlastnej súkromnej záhradky. Dva spodné byty majú záhradku na teréne a vrchný byt ju má na terase.Area is located in the city of Brno-Komin in place of existing gardens.
