dc.description.abstract	Záměrem diplomové práce je nové využití bývalého zemědělského družstva a přilehlého okolí. Řešené území se nachází v městské části Brno-Žebětín a spadá mezi areály brownfields města Brna. Cílem urbanistického návrhu bylo vytvořit fungující živý organismus, který bude respektovat společenské potřeby v této lokalitě, hodnoty území, konfiguraci terénu, stávající zástavbu a bude adekvátně napojen na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Výsledným řešením je revitalizace potoka Vrbovec , jenž protéká středem území a tím tvoří pomyslnou osu, okolo které se odehrávají veškeré aktivity. Středobodem řešeného území je velký centrální prostor, který slouží k odpočinku a zároveň i ke konání různých společenských aktivit. Centrální prostor propojuje stávající sídliště Kamechy s okrajovou částí Žebětína a také jsou na něj napojeny další pěší stezky vedoucí do celého území. Významným prvkem v území je stávající zeleň, která bude doplněna o novou výsadbu listnatých stromů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the Master’s thesis is a new utilisation of the former collective farm and its surroundings. The area is located in the town district of Brno – Žebětín and comes under the areas of brownfield of Brno. The purpose of urban design was to create a functional living organism that will respect the needs of society in this area, the values, topography, existing development and will be adequately connected to the transport and technical infrastructure. The resulting solution is to revitalize the Vrbovec Stream crossing the area and thus forms an imaginary axis around which all activities take place. The central part of the area is a large central space that serves to relax and also to take place various cultural events. The central area connects the existing settlement Kamechy with a suburb of Žebětín and is connected to it by another footpath to the entire territory. Being another important element of the area, the current zone of greenery will be enriched with newly planted leafy trees.	en
