Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje hodnoteniu finančnej výkonnosti spoločnosti za obdobie 2019 až 2023 a na to nadväzujúcim riešením návrhu na zlepšenie finančnej situácie. Práca je štruktúrovaná do štyroch hlavných častí. Prvá časť sa zaoberá cieľom a metodike spracovania. Druhá časť je zameraná na teoretické východiská, z ktorých vychádzajú metódy, postupy, nástroje a ukazovatele finančnej a strategickej analýzy. V tretej časti je predstavená analyzovaná spoločnosť a slúži na oboznámenie so stavom spoločnosti v danom časovom období a samotná finančná analýza a slúži ako podklad pre štvrtú časť práce, v ktorej je predstavený plán návrhov a riešení na zlepšenie finančnej výkonnosti spoločnosti.This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of the financial performance of the company for the period 2019 to 2023 and the subsequent solution proposal to improve the financial situation. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with the objective and methodology of the treatment. The second part focuses on the theoretical background of the methods, procedures, tools and indicators of financial and strategic analysis. The third part introduces the company to be analysed and serves as an introduction to the state of the company over the given time period and the financial analysis itself, and serves as the basis for the final part of the thesis, which presents a plan of proposals and solutions for improving financial performance of the company.
