Stavebně technologický projekt polyfunkčního domu s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým projektem polyfunkčního domu s pečovatelskou službou v Havířově. Objekt sestává ze tří bloků, které jsou vzájemně propojeny centrální chodbou. Každý blok má 4 nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. V rámci stavebně technologického projektu je řešen časový a finanční plán, širší dopravní vztahy, zařízení staveniště, hlavní stavební stroje a mechanismy, studie realizace hlavních stavebních etap, technologický předpis pro vodorovné nosné konstrukce a vazníkovou střechu včetně kontrolního a zkušebního plánu, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů pro monolitické a zděné konstrukce.Diploma thesis is focused on the constructional project of the polyfunctional house with care service in the Havířov. The object consists of three blocks that are interconnected by the central corridor. Each block has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The project solved the time and financial plan, the broader transport relations, the construction site equipment, the main construction machines and mechanisms, the study of the implementation of the main construction stages, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures and the truss roof including the control and test plan, monolithic and brick structures.
