Výroba válce vstřikovací jednotky

Abstract

Tato práce se soustředí zejména na výrobu válce vstřikovací jednotky jako jednoho ze dvou hlavních komponentů k elementu a vstřikovací jednotky do vstřikovací sestavy před a po tepelné úpravě vzhledem ke dvěma alternativám výroby, soustředící se na alternativu výroby obráběcím centrem. Zmíněny jsou jak následné, tak dokončovací operace jakož i finální kompletace včetně montáže s funkčním uvedením do čerpadla. Dále je zde zmíněna výroba vzorků válce vstřikovací jednotky, její návrhy na zlepšení a ekologie celé výroby.This work mainly focuses on the manufacture of the cylinder of injection unit as one of the two major components to the element and the injection unit to the injector pump before and after the heat treatment relative to the two alternatives of production, concentrating on the alternative of production on machining center. There are mentioned as the subsequent and finishing operations such as well as final assembly including mounting with a functional commissioning into the pump. There is also mentioned a production of samples of cylinder of injection unit, the proposals for improving and ecology of the whore production.
