VODA + MĚSTO AQUADOMOS příběh řeky

Abstract

Výsledkem návrhu je architektonické a urbanistické řešení nevyužitého území v Brně – Pisárkách. Toto územím patřilo vodárenské společnosti BVK, a.s. Území se nachází u řeky Svratky. Výsledkem je navržení výzkumného, informačního a výstavního centra. Celý návrh byl řešen v kontextu řeky Svratky. Budova nese jméno Aquadomos. Budova se skládá ze tří pavilonů. Každý z nich má rozlišné využití. Prostřední z nich obsahuje hlavní vstup, víceúčelový přednáškový sál, výstavní prostory, pokladny, informace a kavárnu. Největší z pavilonů obsahu expozici, která se skládá z šesti částí. Nejmenší pavilon, který je umístěn nejblíže k řece, obsahuje administrativní oddělení a laboratoře. Vnější výraz budovy, její tvar, je inspirován řekou, vlnami, krajinou. Zbytek parcely zaujímá park, kde jsou navrženy stupňovité terasy, které umožňují snadný přístup k řece. Jedna z hlavních myšlenek byla přivést život blíže k řece, znovuobjevit řeku ve struktuře Brna.The result of design is architectural and urban design of unused area in Brno - Pisárky. This area was own by Water works company Brno. The area is situated next to the river Svratka. New research, information and exhibition center is designed on this place. The whole design was created in the context of river Svratka. The building which was designed there is called Aquadomos. This building consists of free pavilions. Each has a different use. The middle one contains main entrance, multipurpose recture halls, exhibitions areas, cash desk, information point and cafe. The largest pavilion contains exhibition area which is devided into six parts. The smallest pavilion which is situated close to the river contains administration department and laboratories. The external form, shape of building, is inspirated by river, waves, shape of landscape. Park is designed in the rest of parcel. In the park there are terraces to the river for easy access closer to the river Svratka. One of the main idea was to bring life closer to the river, to rediscover river in the structure of Brno.
