dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce je zaměřena na problematiku technologie sběru GIS dat, jejich následného zpracování a prezentaci ve formě papírové, elektronické (desktop) i on-line (webová aplikace). Geografický informační systém bude obsahovat data pro potřebu cykloturistiky se specifickým zaměřením na vinařskou turistiku v prostoru Moravských vinařských stezek. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecnými prostředky využívanými pro rozvoj turistiky, metodami sběru a analýzou dat. Dále jsou uvedeny možnosti získávání dat jak pomocí on-line datových zdrojů, tak pomocí metod přímého terénního sběru dat. V návaznosti na vytváření vlastních kartografických znaků jsou uvedena obecná kartografická pravidla a možnosti jejich aplikace v systému ArcGIS. V závěru jsou porovnány možné způsoby publikace dat na webu a jejich využitelnost s aktuálními možnostmi vytvářeného informačního systému. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh geografického informačního systému, který bude využitelný jak pro plánování turistických aktivit v prostoru Moravských vinařských stezek, tak i pro získávání aktuálních informací přímo v terénu pomocí mobilního přístroje případně tabletu. Další důležitou součástí práce je návrh nových originálních bodových a liniových mapových znaků, které obsahově rozšiřují stávající možnosti získávání relevantních informací vzhledem k požadavkům cílové skupiny. Bude vytvořena i jednotná technologie pro terénní sběr dat, tak aby bylo možné jednoduše zpracovávat tato data v případě většího počtu terénních pracovníků. Dále bude taky řešen problém připojení databázových a grafických dat vytvořených dříve jinými technologiemi do stávajícího systému. Výsledkem práce je tedy informační systém Moravských vinařských stezek pro desktop v prostředí ArcGIS a mapová aplikace pro desktop a mobilní přístroje v prostředí ArcGIS Online firmy ESRI. V závěru disertační práce jsou navrženy další možnosti vývoje stávajícího systému, případné možnosti přechodu na jiné platformy a využití některých komerčních dat.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The dissertation is focused on the issue of GIS data collection technology, their subsequent processing and presentation in the form of paper, electronic (desktop) and online (web application). The geographic information system will contain data for the needs of cycling tourism with a specific focus on wine tourism in the area of the Moravian Wine Trails. The theoretical part of the work deals with general resources used for the development of tourism, by methods both of data collection and analysis. Furthermore, the possibilities of obtaining data using both online data sources and methods of direct field data collection are introduced here. In connection with the creation of own cartographic features, general cartographic rules and the possibilities of their application in the ArcGIS system are presented. In the conclusion, the possible ways of publishing data on the web and their usability are compared with the current possibilities of the created information system. The main goal of the work is the design of a geographic information system that will be usable both for planning tourist activities in the area of the Moravian Wine Trails and for obtaining current information directly in the field using a mobile device or tablet. Another important part of the work is the design of new original point and line map symbols, which expand the content of the existing possibilities of obtaining relevant information in relation to the requirements of the target group. A uniform technology for field data collection will also be created, so that it can be possible easily processed these data in case of a larger number of field workers. Furthermore, the problem of connecting database and graphic data, previously created by other technologies to the system, will also be solved. The result of the work is the Moravian Wine Trails information system for desktop in the ArcGIS environment and a map application for desktop and mobile devices in the ArcGIS Online environment of ESRI. In the conclusion of the dissertation, other options for the development of the existing system, possible options for switching to other platforms and the use of some commercial data are designed in this work.	en
