| dc.description.abstract | O celkovej hmote rozhodovali štíty susedných objektov, ktoré jasne definovali orientáciu k svetovým stranám. Jednou z podmienok bolo prispôsobiť tvar stavby povahe jej nasledovného tienenia okolitej zástavby. Objekt sa teda opiera o koncept subtílnosti, ktorá nenarúša komfort susedných obyvateľov. Zároveň komunikuje so zeleným vnútroblokom pomocou poloverejnej terasy nad plochou parkoviska. Parter sa do vnútrobloku otvára hneď dvakrát. Jedenkrát prejazdom pre auta a druhý krát, dominatnejšie, odhaľuje konštrukciu schodiska a pavlačí vďaka stene z ťahokovu, ktorá je väčšinu roka zazelenaná vďaka vertikálnym záhradkám. Fasáda vytvára efekt vlnenia, smerom od parteru nahor sa raster rozvoľňuje a rozohráva, ponúkajúc rezidentom výhľad do okolia. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The group of the matter was decided by the shields of neighbouring objects, which clearly defined the orientation to the sides of the world. One of the conditions was to adjust the shape of the building to the nature of its subsequent shading of the surrounding buildings. Therefore, the building is based on the concept of subtlety, which does not disturb the comfort of neighbouring residents. At the same time, it communicates with the green courtyard through a half-terrace above part of the car park. The ground floor opens into the courtyard twice. One time the passage for cars and the second time, more dominant, it reveals construction stairs and balconies thanks to the wall made of expanded metal, which is greened by the filter of the year thanks to the vertical gardens. The façade creates a ripple effect, from the ground floor upwards the raster relaxes and unfolds, creating a view of the surroundings for the residents. | en |
