Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je architektonický a urbanistický návrh dostavby nároží na nábřeží řeky Bečvy v Přerově. Cílem bylo kompaktně a vhodně doplnit hmotu budovy mezi okolní stavby. Předmětem návrhu je bytový dům se třemi podlažími bytů a s parterem obchodů a kavárnou.
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is an urban and architectural design of a cornerhouse on the waterfront of the river Becva in Prerov. The main goal of the design was to create a compact and decent building that would fit the place and surrounding buildings. The actual design is a four-storey flat-building with small shops and a cafe on the ground floor and three storeys of flats.
