Abstract

Urbanistický návrh vytvárajúci príjemnú časť mesta v okolí rieky, s rôznymi funkciami a mestským charakterom spájajúci dnes odtrhnutú rieku od mestského života. Základným konceptom návrhu bytového domu v radovej zástavbe je vytvoriť dom s dvomi fasádami, ktorý nestráca výhody domu orientovaného na všetky svetové strany. Vytváram mezonety orientované na obe fasády, presvetľujem spoločné priestory veľkým svetlíkom prechádzajúcim celou výškou objektu.The urban design creates a pleasant part of the city near the river, offers various functions and connects today´s isolated river with the city life. The basic concept of an apartment house in a row house is to create a house with two facades that do not miss the advantages of a home oriented to all the world's faces. I create maisonettes oriented on both facades. I make common spaces which is brightenned by a large skylight that is going through the whole height of the building.
