Student s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.	cs

dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre prevedenie novostavby penziónu. Objekt sa nachádza v obci Telgárt v blízkosti lyžiarskeho areálu Ski Telgárt. Budova je navrhnutá na veľkom svahovitom pozemku. Penzión má dve nadzemné podlažia a jedno podzemné podlažie. V podzemnom podlaží sa nachádza hromadná garáž, technické zázemie objektu a spoločenská miestnosť pre hostí. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza reštaurácia s kuchyňou a barom vrátane zázemia pre zamestnancov. Súčasťou tohoto podlažia je aj vstupná časť s recepciou a zázemím vrátane hygienických priestorov pre hostí a návštevníkov. Hostí poteší aj prítomné wellness. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sú situované izby a apartmány pre hostí o celkovej kapacite 36 lôžok. Architektonické a materiálové riešenie je navrhnuté do horského prostredia. Penzión je navrhnutý tradične s modernými prvkami. Konštrukčný systém objektu je navrhnutý ako priečny stenový. Nosné murivo je navrhnuté z keramických tvárnic. Stropné konštrukcie sú navrhnuté ako železobetónové monolitické dosky. Prevažnú časť objektu tvorí sedlová strecha s tradičnou väznicovou sústavou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of the thesis was the develop project documentation for the construction of a new boarding house. The building is located in the village of Telgárt near the ski area Ski Telgárt. The building is designed on a large sloping plot. The guesthouse has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the underground floor there is a collective garage, technical facilities of the building and a common room for guests. On the first above-ground floor, there is a restaurant with a kitchen and a bar, including facilities for employees. Part of this floor is also the entrance area with the reception and facilities, including hygienic areas for guests and visitors. Guests will also be pleased with the available wellness facilities. On the second floor above ground there are rooms and apartments for guests with a total capacity of 36 beds. The architectural and material solution is designed for the mountain environment. The guesthouse is designed traditionally with modern elements. The structural system of the building is designed as a transverse wall. The supporting masonry is designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The main part of the building consists of a gable roof with a traditional truss system.	en
