Abstract
Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu s provozovnou. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Rodinný dům bude sloužit k trvalému bydlení 4 osob ve 2.NP a k provozu kavárny v 1.NP. Obvodové nosné stěny jsou navrženy z cihel Porotherm 44 P+D. Stropní konstrukce systému Porotherm se stropními vložkami MIAKO, střecha je šikmá sedlová pod úhlem 35°.
This is a construction of a new family business house. Building has two floors above ground. This family business house will be a permanent home for four people in 2.floor and to operate cafe the 1.floor. Perimeter load-bearing walls are designed from bricks Porotherm 44 P+D. ceiling construction is made from system Porotherm with ceiling inserts MIAKO, roof is sloping saddle at an angle of 35°.
