Abstract
Práce se věnuje tvorbě znalostní báze pro kardiologii v systému NPS pod názvem Kardiologický kompas. Cílem bylo vytvořit konzultační nástroj pro lékaře a porovnat jeho výstupy s jazykovými modely ChatGPT, Gemini a Perplexity AI. Výsledky ukázaly, že přestože chatboti někdy určují správnou diagnózu, postrádají odborné hodnocení relevance hypotéz, které expertní systém nabízí. Závěr potvrzuje, že expertní systémy zůstávají nenahraditelné v odborné diagnostice.
The thesis focuses on the creation of a knowledge base for cardiology in the NPS system called the Cardiology Compass. The aim was to create a consultation tool for physicians and compare its outputs with the ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity AI language models. The results showed that although chatbots sometimes make the correct diagnosis, they lack expert evaluation of the relevance of the hypotheses offered by the expert system. The conclusion confirms that expert systems remain indispensable in expert diagnosis.
