Abstract
The paper is dedicated to common problem of image processing – video quality assessment.Reference method of video quality assessment using phase correlation as objective way for blurredimage identification is presented in this article. The method is analytically described and appliedin retinal im-aging. The quality coefficient was determined. The results for retinal video records areintroduced and compared with sub-jective image quality evaluation.
