Hodnocení finanční situace podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickou i praktickou stránkou analýzy brněnské firmy Cyrrus a.s. V praktické části vymezuje hlavní problém se kterým se firma v posledních letech potýká. Analýza SWOT identifikuje slabé stránky podniku a tak i možné příčiny nedostatků firmy. Rovněž vyzdvihuje oblasti, v nichž má firma konkurenční výhodu jež představují pro podnik příležitosti. SLEPTE analýza vymezuje podnikatelské prostředí s jeho dopady na firmu. V další části na základě provedených analýz vyslovuje návrhy k zefektivnění činnosti společnosti. V závěru pak shrnuje dosažené výsledky.This diploma thesis deals with theoretical and practical part of analysis Brno firm Cyrrus a.s. In practical part it defines the main problem which the firm copes in the last years. Analysis SWOT identifies weak parts of company and so possible causes of shortcomings as well. Also it highlights parts, where the firm has a competitive advantage which means an opportunity for company. SLEPTE analysis defines business environment with its impacts on the firm. In the next part on the base of undertaken analyses the thesis presents proposals for higher efficiency of firm business. In the end it summarizes achieved results.
