| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční zdraví společnosti Mercedes salon a.s. a porovnává ji v rámci jednoho odvětví, s podnikatelskými subjekty BMW salon a.s. a Audi salon a.s., v období let 2005 až 2009 a to na základě vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a analytické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a přístupy k finanční analýze. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vyhotovení hodnocení finanční situace vybraných podniků pomocí dílčích analýz. Na závěr je uvedeno celkové hodnocení finanční situace vybraných podniků a jsou navržena doporučení vedoucí k jejich zlepšení v problémových oblastech. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse the financial health of the Mercedes saloon a.s. company and compares it within one industry, with entrepreneurs and BMW saloon a.s. and Audi saloon a.s., in the period 2005-2009 on the basis of the selected financial analysis method. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and analytical.The theoretical section explains the basic concepts and approaches to financial analysis. The practical part is focused on assessment of a financial situation of the selected company by means of partial analysis. At the end there are presented overall evaluation of a financial situation of the selected company and recommendations leading to improvement in problematic areas. | en |
