Ceny modernizace, oprav a údržby stavebního objektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku zmapování stavebních prací a jejich cen zaměřených na modernizaci, opravy a údržbu stavebního objektu. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy týkající se problematiky této práce. Jsou zde charakterizovány pojmy daných stavebních prací tedy modernizace, oprava a údržba stavebního objektu, dále kalkulace a teoretické pojmy s ní spojené, rozpočet, cena. Praktická část se zabývá vypracováním tří položkových rozpočtů dle tří stanovených stavebních prací (modernizace, oprava a údržba), přičemž každý z těchto jednotlivých rozpočtů je vyhotoven ve dvou variantách a to ve směrné ceně a ceně realizované (individuální). Rozpočty jsou vytvořeny pomocí rozpočtovacího programu BUILDpower S podle cenové úrovně RTS 15/II. Závěrem je porovnání rozpočtů daných stavebních prací a jejich cenových hodnot.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of charting building operations and their prices that includes modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance. In the theoretical part the terms related to this thesis are described. Terms are characterized in connection with the specific building operations that imply modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance, also calculation and theoretical concepts associated with it, budget and price. The practical part deals with developing of three itemized budgets according to three particular building operations (modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance) and each of these three budges is prepared in two variations, in the target price and in the implemented (individual) prize. Budges are created with the help of budget program BUILDpower S according to the price level RTS 15/II. In conclusion there is a budget comparison of the particular building operations and their price value.
