Rozvoj marketingových aktivit firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rozvoje marketingových aktivit společnosti Unistav a.s. Tato firma se zabývá obchodní a stavební činností. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na komunikační politiku, analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, analýzu marketingového mixu a návrhem marketingové strategie. V praktické části je zpracovávaná analýza stavebního trhu, analýza komunikační politiky firmy a návrh na změnu komunikační politiky firmy. Na základě výsledků analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy a zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb, je navržena marketingová strategie pro firmu Unistav a. s.Bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of communication policy in the firm Unistav a. s. The firm is dealing with building activity and business activity. The theoretical part is intended on the communication policy, analysis of internal and external setting of the firm, its marketing mix and proposal of marketing strategy. In The practical part are worked up the analysis of the situation building’s market, analysis of communication policy firm’s Unistav and the proposal for change communication policy in the firm Unistav. Of the base of these analysis the external and internal environment and evaluating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is suggested a marketing strategy for Unistav a. s.
