dc.description.abstractPurpose of this work is to test performance of eye blink artifact supression in EEG data by method of independent component analysis (ICA), and to describe characteristics of manifestation of mentioned artifact on results of simultaneuos EEG-fMRI data fusion. Results of evaluation have proved ICA usefulness as a tool for eye blink artifact suppression using higher order statistics for stochastic signal preprocessing. And EEG-fMRI results demonstrate that they differ, whether the supression is or is not used.en
