Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací expertního systému pro hodnocení investiční atraktivity nemovitostí pomocí fuzzy logiky v prostředí MATLAB. Cílem je vytvořit nástroj pro objektivní a opakovatelné vícekriteriální vyhodnocení nemovitostí, který podpoří investiční rozhodování. Teoretická část popisuje principy fuzzy logiky a alternativní metodu AHP. V praktické části je navržen fuzzy systém, jehož výstupy jsou porovnány s metodou DAME. Výsledná aplikace slouží jako efektivní nástroj pro rozhodování v realitní kanceláři ZAJEDNO.
The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an expert system for evaluating the investment attractiveness of real estate using fuzzy logic in MATLAB. The aim is to develop a tool for objective and repeatable multi-criteria evaluation of properties to support investment decision-making. The theoretical part outlines the principles of fuzzy logic and the alternative AHP method. The practical part includes the development of the fuzzy system, whose results are compared with the DAME method. The resulting application serves as an effective decision-making tool for the real estate agency ZAJEDNO.

Student ve své prezentaci seznámil komisi s cíli, řešením a výsledky, ke kterým v závěrečné práci dospěl. Komise se poté seznámila s posudky a hodnocením vedoucího práce a oponenta. Na základě přednesené prezentace komise rozhodla, že student práci obhájil.
