Tato práca porovnáva postavenie žien v kontexte zamestnanosti a ich uplatnenia na trhu práce v Českej republike. Zaoberá sa skutočnosťami, ktoré postavenie žien ovplyvňujú, ich mzdové ohodnotenie a mieru ekonomickej aktivity na trhu práce. Zhodnotenie súčasného stavu zamestnania žien na trhu práce v Českej republike.
