dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby rodinného centra v okrajové části města Zlína. Novostavba je situována v rovinatém terénu. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Zastřešení je řešeno jednoplášťovou vegetační plochou střechou. Účelem práce je navrhnout stavbu pro setkávání a relaxaci občanů z blízkého okolí s důrazem na rodiny s dětmi a seniory. Do objektu vede jeden vstup přístupný z východní hranice pozemku. Celá budova byla navržena s ohledem na bezbariérové užívání.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This master's thesis describes the design of new object of civic amenities on the outskirts of the city of Zlín. The new building is situated in flat terrain. The building has two floors and basement. Roofing is solved by single-flat extensive green roof. The purpose of master’s thesis is to design a building for meeting and relaxation citizens from the nearby surroundings. There is one entrance lead to the object and it is accessible from the eastern boundary of the property. The whole building was designed accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation.	en
