Studium interakce směsných cementů a přísady urychlující průběh hydratace cementu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi urychlení tuhnutí a tvrdnutí betonu pomocí chemických přísad se zaměřením na jejich účinek ve spojení se směsnými cementy. V teoretické části je popsán proces hydratace cementu a charakteristika urychlujících přísad včetně jejich materiálové báze a srovnání jejich působení u různých typů cementu. Praktická část zahrnuje shrnutí aktuálních poznatků a porovnání výsledků výzkumů z oblasti využití přísad urychlujících tuhnutí a tvrdnutí. Součástí praktické části je experimentální ověření vlivu vybraných přísad různých bází na počátek a dobu tuhnutí a vývoj raných mechanických vlastností směsných cementů.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the possibilities of accelerating the setting and hardening of concrete using chemical admixtures, with an emphasis on their effectiveness in combination with blended cements. The theoretical part describes the cement hydration process and characterizes setting and hardening accelerators, including their chemical base and a comparison of their effects across different types of cement. The practical part includes a summary of current findings and a comparison of research results in the field of setting and hardening acceleration. It also presents an experimental verifying of the influence of selected admixtures with various chemical bases on the initial and final setting times and the development of early mechanical properties of blended cements.
