Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je organizace stavební zakázky. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část věnuje teorii z oblasti projektového řízení a organizace výstavby, druhá část analyzuje zadavatele a dodavatele řešené stavební zakázky a řeší proces zadávání a získávání veřejné zakázky. Třetí část je věnována dokumentům potřebným pro efektivní řízení stavební zakázky.The topic of this diploma thesis si the Organization of construction contract. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first is about the theory of project management and construction organization, the second part analyzes the contracting authority and the contractor of the construction contract and solves the process of awarding and obtaining a public contract. The third part is about the documents needed for the management of the construction contract.
