Vliv provedení izolací proti zemní vlhkosti a izolace plochých střech na cenu a kvalitu stavby

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem provedení izolace proti zemní vlhkosti a izolace plochých střech na cenu a kvalitu stavby. Teoretická část popisuje tvorbu cen, náklady, kalkulace, rozpočty a možné materiály pro izolace staveb. V praktické části jsou vybrány technologie provádění izolací pro konkrétní stavby, popsány jejich vlastnosti, kterými mohou stavbu ovlivnit a vykalkulovány jejich rozpočty. Na závěr je vliv izolace na cenu a kvalitu stavby vyhodnocen.This bachelor´s thesis examines influence of implementation of insulations against soil moisture and insulation of flat roofs on the price and quality of construction. The theoretical part describes the pricing, costs, costing, budgets and possible materials for insulation of buildings. In the practical part, technology of insulation for concrete construction of a house are selected, their characteristics, which may affect the structure are described and their budgets are calculated. Finally, the influence of insulation on the price and quality of construction is evaluated.
