Automatický kotel na pelety

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je rešerše automatických kotlů na dřevní pelety a jejich hořáků, konstrukční návrh automatického kotle na dřevní pelety, který zahrnuje výpočtovou a výkresovou část a na závěr technicko-ekonomické posouzení užití kotle pro zvolený objekt. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. První část práce se zabývá obecnými informacemi o peletách, automatických kotlech spalujících pelety, hořácích a normou, kterou tyto kotle musí plnit. Ve druhé části je proveden návrh automatického kotle na pelety. Ve třetí části je vytvořen 3D model navrženého kotle a popsána jeho konstrukce. Čtvrtá část porovnává tři varianty topení mezi sebou jak po stránce ekonomické, tak i po stránce uživatelské.The aim of this diploma thesis is the research of automatic boilers for biomass pellets and their burners, design of automatic boiler for biomass pellets which include calculation part and drawing part and technical-economics assessment for building in the end. Thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with general information about pellets, automatic boilers for pellets, burners and the standard for boiler. In the second part the pellet boiler is calculated. In the third part the automatic pellet boiler is designed. The fourth section compares three possible variants. Comparison is done for economics and the user.
