Práca obsahuje teoretickú časť, ktorá vysvetľuje pojmy, metódy a postupy. Druhá časť popisuje digitálnu agentúru Adbros, s.r.o. a analýzu jej súčasného stavu. Na analytickú časť nadväzuje časť riešenia, ktorá vychádza z použitých analýz a metód a poskytuje návrh riešenia projektového riadenia použiteľného v budúcnosti.en
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis focuses on implementing project management tools and methods that could improve the company's productivity. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that explains terms, methods, and procedures. The second part describes a digital agency called Adbros, s.r.o. and analysis of its current state. The analytical part is connected to the solution part which draws on the analyses and methods used and provides a proposal for a project management solution applicable in the future.cs
