The thesis focuses on process improvement and efficiency with a focus on agile management. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts used in the thesis. However, there is a lack of connection between the theoretical part of the thesis and the proposal part (for example, risk analysis appears in the proposal part, but it is not described in the theory at all).The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the description of the company and the basic strategic analyses are elaborated. Here I have a few comments:- SLEPTE analysis should go more in depth. It contains the author's assertions, lacks specific data on external factors and there is no citation of sources. The author does not focus on the whole Czech Republic, he focuses only on Brno. - Porter's analysis: is again focused only on Brno. Does this mean that companies from other cities are not competitors for the company? - The strategic analyses do not contain any citations, so it is not clear whether these are the author's claims or facts. Proposal part is rather theoretical; I lack the author's concrete examples and examples of how his recommendations could be implemented in the company. The risk analysis here strikes me as more of an afterthought than an aid to implementation, as the basic rule is not followed here, namely that risk analysis should be prepared for a specific objective. I would recommend elaborating more on the cost part of the proposals. General recommendations: 1. The objectives chapter should be more elaborated. 2. I would recommend using the past participle in this type of work. 3. Add citations for the analytical part of the work. 4.Pay attention to the final editing of the thesis.

The diploma thesis aims to utilize project management tools and methods for improvement of weak areas discovered by the analysis in selected company (see diploma thesis assignment). The aim defined on the page 12 is unfortunately different: “The goal of the thesis is to help the company and specifically the team I work with as a scrum master to improve their processes and efficiency with a focus on agile methodology. If improvements are applied, they have the potential to improve the overall company culture as well.” Following the defined goal of the work, I state that the SLEPTE method and PORTER analysis are not appropriately chosen for an adequate analysis of the defined problem. The analytical part should have been more focused on the current state of project processes in the selected company. I especially lack the justification of why your proposed changes should increase the effectiveness of project management, as you defined in the diploma thesis´s goal on page 12 in the proposed part. At the same time, it would be appropriate to show the proposed changes in the form of a case study. In terms of formality and language, the work is without comments. The work is supplemented with clear figures and tables. Despite the above-mentioned criticisms, the work generally corresponds to the terms of the assignment and satisfactory fulfils the defined goal.
