Abstract
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice personálního řízení firmy se zaměřením na motivaci a současnou stimulaci zaměstnanců pobočky konkrétní společnosti. Obsahuje návody, postupy, nezbytnou teoretickou část a potřebné informace, které jsou úzce spjaty s prosperitou firmy v souvislosti se spokojeností zaměstnanců. Výstupem práce je návrh motivačního programu aplikovatelného na zaměstnance pobočky společnosti.
Thesis deals with the issue of personnel management of company focusing on the motivation and concurrently stimulation of a particular branch’s employees. Includes instructions, procedures and the necessary theoretical part of the necessary information which are closely linked to the prosperity of the company in relation to employee satisfaction. The output of work is to design incentive program applicable to employees of the branch.
