dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce bylo navržení obytného Domu na půl cesty v Brně, v městské části Maloměřice a Obřany. Navržené objekty jsou na pozemku rozmístěny okolo hranice parcely, čímž se na prostranství mezi domy vytvořil volný prostor, který bude využit pro sportovní hřiště. Komplex Domu na půl cesty v Brně je řešen tak, aby zabezpečil pobytové služby pro osoby do věku 26 let, které po dosažení zletilosti opouštějí školská zařízení pro výkon ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy, popřípadě pro osoby z jiných zařízení pro péči o děti a mládež. Dům na půl cesty vždycky obsahuje sociálně terapeutické činnosti a pobytovou sociální službu. Proto je centrem komplexu terapeutická budova, která bude obsahovat sociálně terapeutické činnosti. Vedle této stavby se náchazi dvě ubytovny. Každá ubytovna obsahuje sedm bytů 2+kk a společenskou místnost. V každém bytě je pokoj, obývací kuchyň a hygienické zařízení. V bytě mohou bydlet maximálně 4 lidi. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří tvárnice firmy YTONG. Je to dvoupodlažní budova, která je částečně podsklepená. Vysouvání jednotlivých částí konstrukce vytváří poměrně rytmickou strukturu. Fasáda je provedena ve dvou materiálech. V menší míře je použit dřevěný obklad.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the work was to design a residential halfway house in Brno, in the districts of Maloměřice and Obřany. The proposed objects are located on the plot around the boundary of the parcel, thus creating a space between the houses that can be used as a sport playground. The complex is designed to provide residential services for orphan young persons under the age of 26 who, after reaching the age of majority, leave school facilities for institutional or protective care or for persons from other childcare and youth care facilities. The halfway house always includes social therapeutic activities and social care. Therefore, the main place of the complex is a therapeutic building. In addition to the building, there are two residential hostels. Each residential building has seven apartments 2+kk and a common room. Each apartment has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and hygienic equipment. Up to four people can live in each apartment. The supporting structure of buildings is formed by YTONG blocks. There are two floors and the basement floor that is partly below the ground floor in each residential building. These buildings have a rather rhythmic structure. The facade is made of two types of materials – white smooth pargeting and wood decks.	en
