Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti s využitím Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Notino s.r.o. s využitím Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se výkonnosti podniku a metodiky s tím spojené. Je zde rozebrán koncept metody Balanced Scorecard. V analytické části je představen samotný podnik, rozbor současného stavu, tyto zjištěné skutečnosti jsou poté použity k implementaci Balanced Scorecard metody. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny doporučení vyplývající z diplomové práce a návrhy na zlepšení výkonnosti podniku v následujícím období.The thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of the company Notino s.r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard approach. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to business performance and the associated methodology. It also provides an in-depth analysis of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The analytical part introduces the company itself, examines its current state, and uses these findings to implement the Balanced Scorecard method. The final part of the thesis presents recommendations based on the findings and proposals for improving the company's performance in the upcoming period.
