Průběh zakázky ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá průběhu zakázky ve vybraném podniku. Na základě východisek v teoretické části je v práci provedena analýza současného stavu podniku se zaměřením na podnikové procesy, konkrétněji na proces reklamační. V rámci práce je analyzován reklamační proces společnosti a také informační systém, který s touto problematikou úzce souvisí. Cílem práce je návrh opatření, která minimalizují nedostatky vyplývající z analytické části.The thesis focuses on the course of order processing in a selected company. Based on the foundations outlined in the theoretical part, the thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the company, with an emphasis on business processes specifically, the complaints process. The thesis analyzes the company's complaints process as well as the information system closely related to this issue. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures that minimize the shortcomings identified in the analytical part.
