dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vliv polohy stavby a její dopad na cenu mimostaveništní dopravy. Jedním z cílů práce je posouzení vlivu polohy objektu na jeho cenu a náklady. Dále práce cílí na sestavení optimálního postupu pro zpracování informací získaných z rozpočtu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány okruhy vztahující se k zadanému tématu a v praktické části jsou analyzována získaná data a následně zpracována.	cs

One of the main aims of the thesis is to assess influence of location of construction on its price and cost.
