Analýza zdrojů financování u vodohospodářských podniků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zdrojů financování u vodohospodářských podniků v České republice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit strukturu pasiv těchto podniků pomocí vertikální analýzy jejich rozvah v letech 2014 až 2023. Analýza je zaměřena na rozdělení vlastního a cizího kapitálu a jejich jednotlivých složek. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoreticky charakterizuje vodohospodářské podniky v České republice, zdroje financování, účetní výkazy a finanční analýzu včetně vertikální analýzy pasiv. Druhá část se věnuje představení hodnocených podniků, provedení vertikální analýzy jejich pasiv, shrnutí dosažených výsledků a následnému zhodnocení jednotlivých složek vlastního a cizího kapitálu.The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of sources of financing for water companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the structure of liabilities of these companies by means of a vertical analysis of their balance sheets between 2014 and 2023. The analysis focuses on the distribution of equity and foreign capital and their individual components. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part provides a theoretical characterization of water utilities in the Czech Republic, sources of financing, financial statements and financial analysis including vertical analysis of liabilities. The second part is devoted to the introduction of the assessed enterprises, vertical analysis of their liabilities, summary of the results obtained and subsequent evaluation of the individual components of equity and foreign capital.
