Abstract
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh priebehu zákazky s tvorbou pridanej hodnoty každej činnosti k splneniu požiadavkou zákazníka. V prvej časti sú zahrnuté teoretické východiska, na základe ktorých je vytvorená dôkladná analýza súčasného stavu podniku. Na základe analýz sú navrhnuté riešenia, ktoré sú v poslednej časti opísané spolu s podmienkami k realizácií a prínosom pre podnik.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the proposal during the contract with the creation of added value for each activity to meet the customer's request. In the first part, the theoretical starting points are evaluated, on the basis of which a thorough analysis of the current state of the company is created. Based on the analysis, there are proposed solutions, which are described in the last part together with the conditions of implementation and the benefits for the company.
