Životnost a spolehlivost termoelektrických modulů

Abstract

Práce popisuje konstrukci termoelektrických modulů jak pro výrobu elektrické energie, tak pro chlazení a především popisuje vlivy spolu s jejich příčinami a následky, které mají zásadní dopad na spolehlivý a dlouhodobý provoz termoelektrických modulů. Dále jsou popsány základní veličiny, kterými můžeme termoelektrické moduly hodnotit a základní metody, jak tyto veličiny měřit. V rámci práce byl proveden experiment, při kterém byl měřen vnitřní elektrický odpor nepoužitých, použitých a poškozených termoelektrických modulů. Výsledky byly porovnávány s fyzickým stavem a provozní historií měřených termoelektrických modulů.The thesis describes the construction of thermoelectric modules used for both electricity production and cooling. Above all, the thesis describes the influences, along with their causes and consequences, that have a major impact on reliability and long-term operation of thermoelectric modules. The thesis further describes the basic quantities with which we can assess the thermoelectric modules and also describes basic methods to measure these quantities. For the purposes of the thesis was conducted an experiment, during which the internal electrical resistance of unused, used and damaged thermoelectric modules was measured. The results were compared with the physical condition and operational history of the measured thermoelectric modules.
