| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zpracována na téma „Podnikatelský záměr rozvoje firmy“. Za její hlavní cíl bylo stanoveno provedení komplexní analýzy problému současného stavu firmy AUTOSHOP PAULUS, spol. s r.o. a jejího okolí. Dále potom v souladu s výsledky této analýzy a zjištěným stavem bylo cílem navrhnout opatření vedoucí k rozvoji, respektive k upevnění pozice na trhu a zvýšení tržeb, této analyzované firmy. K analýze firmy byly využity: analýza obecného a oborového okolí, analýza interních vlivů, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The Master's thesis theme is „Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development“. The main aim of the thesis is to carry out a complex analysis of the problem of current situation in a company AUTOSHOP PAULUS, spol. s r.o. and its environment. Furthermore, based on results of the analysis and on the analysed state of the company, the thesis aims to draft measures leading to development of the company or to strenghtening of its position on the market and to raising its sales.
