| dc.description.abstract | V tomto článku se pojednává o fenoménu malých modulárních reaktorů a obtížích spojených s jejich licenčním procesem. Je poukázáno na to, že pro kýženou sériovou výrobu jsou často velmi odlišné nároky jednotlivých národních dozorných orgánů jen těžko překonatelné. V tomto smyslu je akcentována mezinárodní spolupráce a nutnost harmonizace licenčních procesů. Postupně jsou zkoumány jednotlivé oblasti, které jaderné dozory posuzují a je usuzováno, kde bude nutné požadavky jaderných dozorů s ohledem na malé modulární reaktory přeformulovat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | In this article a small modular reactors phenomenon and difficulties with their licensing procedures are addressed. It is pointed out that for their desired serial production often very different requirements of individual national regulatory bodies are difficult to overcome. In this regard, international cooperation and need of licensing procedures harmonization are highlighted. Areas of nuclear regulation are investigated and evaluated gradually, where the reconsideration of requirements would be necessary with regard to specifics of small modular reactors. | en |
