Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je Organizace projektu výstavby. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se projektového řízení. Dále popisuje životní cyklus stavby, účastníky projektu, techniky plánování projektu a finančního plánování. Praktická část je zaměřena na organizaci projektu výstavby z pohledu plánování času pomocí harmonogramu a financování nákladů veřejné zakázky. Tato problematika je řešena na konkrétním projektu, kde je investorem město Brno. Jedná se o stavbu parkovacího domu.The topic of this bachelor thesis is the „Construction Project Organization“. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the concepts of project management. It also describes the building life cycle, project participants, project planning techniques, and financial planning. The practical part is focused on the organization of the construction project - the schedule of time planning and the financing of the public procurement. This issue is dealt with on a concrete project where the investor is the city of Brno. It is a building of a parking lot.
