Ekonomické a finanční dopady pandemie COVID-19 v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématy finanční analýzy v gastronomickém podniku. Jsou však přidány i dopady nemoci Covid-19 na daný podnik, což je v mém případě brněnský řetězec kaváren a pražírna kávy Rebelbean. Teoretická část se týká dopadů Covid-19 na českou ekonomiku, vymezení finanční analýzy, zdrojů účetních dat a využitých ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V praktické části je provedena analýza přímo v podniku s využitím ukazatelů popsaných v teoretické části. Dále následují výsledky, které z analýzy vyplývají a na jejich základě vytvořené návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace v podniku.The bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of financial analysis in a gastronomic company. However, the impacts of the Covid-19 disease on the given company are also included, which in my case is the Brno chain of cafes and coffee roaster Rebelbean. The theoretical part concerns the impacts of Covid-19 on the Czech economy, the definition of financial analysis, sources of accounting data and used financial analysis indicators. In the practical part, the analysis is carried out directly in the enterprise using the indicators described in the theoretical part. The results that result from the analysis and the proposals created on their basis to improve the financial situation in the enterprise follow.
