This bachelor’s thesis develops a structured business plan for AkceZlín, a student startup focused on organizing beer pong tournaments for university students. It evaluates the viability and scalability of this concept initially in Zlín, with potential expansions to other cities. Through strategic analyses and evaluations, the thesis confirms the feasibility, scalability, and sustainability of the AkceZlín concept, concluding that it offers structured, engaging student events with growth potential in the Czech university market.
